  Univision - Fresno, CA
This TV & Radio Broadcasting Station Project negotiated with Univision consists of a single story 40,000sf building and a 120' enclosed tower. The anticipated completion for this $12,000,000 project is August 2008.		  
  Ranchos Middle School - Madera, CA
Harris Construction is the Construction Manager on this $25 million CM Multiple Prime Project for Golden Valley Unified School District. Taylor Teter Partnership has designed the 80,000 square foot middle school consisting of Phase 1: multi purpose room, library/administration, science classroom, standard classroom, gymnasium and playfields. Phase 2 will be two classroom buildings and a toilet room as the District grows. 		 
  Dickey Youth Center - Fresno, CA
Harris Construction Co., Inc. is the Construction Manager on behalf of the City of Fresno for construction of a $4.2 million youth facility. The building is two story, wood framed, craftsman styled, commercial office type building. The building offers a lounge area, sound and video recording studio for youth activities. Total Building Area of 11,056 SF, on a 22, 951 SF site. Project Design is by SIM Architects. Completion date of June 2008.		  
  Zumwalt K-8 Campus - Reedley, CA
This $16,500,000 K-8 Elementary School Project for Kings Canyon Unified School District is comprised of an 8,000sqft Administration/Library, 13,000sqft Multipurpose, and 31,500sqft of Portable/Permanent Classrooms. The project is located on 20 acres just South of Manning Ave and was designed by Integrated Designs by SOMAM Architects. This project is Harris Constructions first lease-lease-back contract delivery method and has a completion date of October 2008. 		 
  Gateway Alternative Education - Clovis, CA
Gateway High School Alternative Ed Center-Master Plan. Clovis Unified School District has selected Harris Construction Co Inc. as the Construction Manager for 30,000 sq.ft. including New Gymnasium, Classrooms and Renovation of existing Buildings, including Parking Lots and Landscape. Project cost $8,000,000.00 to be completed by August 2008. Project design by Gonzalez Architects, Inc.		 Picture to follow  
 

96 Bed Expansion and Recreation Complex - Porterville, CA
This $64,589,000.00 Project located at the former Porterville State Hospital has been awarded to Harris Construction Co., Inc. with an anticipated construction start November 20, 2006 and completion June 18, 2008.

 

 

  
  Historic Old Administration Building Fresno City College Campus - Fresno, CA
Harris Construction is the Construction Manager for this Phase 1 30 Million dollar renovation of this existing two-story un-reinforced brick masonry structure comprising approximately 100,000 sq. ft..

The past historical use of the building is defined as classroom and office occupancies with an auditorium and theater.

Plans are ± 50% complete, design is by E.L.S. Architecture of Berkley California, and State Center Community College District is the owner with project start and completion dates yet to be determined.

 

  
  California Dairies Inc. - Plant 6  - Visalia, CA
Phased construction project comprises demolition, renovations, and new additions to convert this existing facility to a Milk and Butter Processing Plant. Project will commence in the 2nd quarter of 2006 with anticipated completion late 4th quarter 2007. Project negotiated with California Dairies, Inc. Design by E. A. Bonelli + Associates, Inc. 		 
  Fresno Metropolitan Museum - Fresno, CA
This negotiated Fresno Metropolitan Museum Project consists of selective demolition, 5 levels of renovations and the addition of a new core and circulation element on the west end of the existing Bee Building and associated site work, all of which becomes part of the existing Fresno Metropolitan Museum in Fresno.  Design by Michael Maltzan Architecture, Inc. Project completion March 2007, construction cost $10,000,000.

 

 
  Kaiser Emergency Department Expansion - Fresno, CA
This Emergency Department Expansion and Remodel Project negotiated with Kaiser Permanente comprises phased additions and renovation to the existing Emergency at the Fresno Kaiser Hospital.  Project Design by Darden Architects, Inc. Project cost is $11,750,000 with a completion date of July 2010.		 Picture to follow  
  Kaiser Radiology Wing Expansion - Fresno, CA
This Radiology Wing Expansion and Remodel Project negotiated with Kaiser Permanente comprise Phased additions and renovations to the existing Radiology Wing at the Fresno Kaiser Hospital.  Project design by Darden Architects, Inc. Project cost is $13,000,000 with a completion date of July 2010.		 Picture to follow  
  Tulare Joint Union High School  District - Tulare, CA
The Tulare Joint Union High School District has selected Harris Construction Co., Inc. as the Construction Manager for the New Tulare 3rd High School in Tulare, CA. Project is currently completing preconstruction service phase.  Project anticipated cost is ±$53,000,000. Completion estimated in June 2008, design by Darden Architects, Inc.

 

 
  CUSD - Elementary School Project #3 - Clovis, CA
This $12,500,000 Elementary School Project #3 for the Clovis Unified School District consists of Administration, Multi-Purpose, Upper Grade Classrooms, Primary Classrooms and Kindergarten.   Architect selection to be determined. Project completion scheduled June 2010.		 Picture to follow
