  Garfield Elementary Remediation  - Clovis, CA
Project for the Clovis Unified School District comprises of Microbial remediation of potentially harmful water and mold contaminated building materials. Replace materials with new building materials and provide sealants and elastomeric coatings to protect the exterior walls from any possible recurrence.   Child Development Center  - Clovis, CA
Project is a $5,000,000 joint use facility for State Center Community College District and Clovis Unified School District comprising 11,500 s.f. building with two junior college classrooms and two child development day care rooms. Sitework includes extensive site concrete for children’s play area. Harris is the Construction Manager for the project with work commencing in July 2006 and completion in March 2007.   Convention Center Improvements Project – City of Fresno  - Fresno, CA
Project comprises capital improvement renovation of the Convention Center facility. Includes fire alarm upgrade, arena seating replacement, arena dressing room upgrade, arena accessibility upgrade, theater lobby upgrades, theater restroom upgrade and addition, theater dressing room upgrade, and exterior landscape improvements. Harris is the Construction Manager for this $14,555,000 project and the design is by Multiple Designs.		 No Picture

 

  
  Nutrition Center  - Fresno, CA
Project comprises a Central Kitchen facility for all Fresno Unified Schools. Tilt-up building with precast columns and roof structure, loading dock access, interior spaces for food storage - frozen, refrigerated and bulk. Food processing space includes a sample kitchen and dining area for District staff. Second level includes office space, classrooms and conference rooms (93,600 s.f. facility). Harris is the Construction Manager for the total project. Contract $22,414,655. Start construction July 2006 with completion October 2007. Design by Teter a+e

 

  
  5th Appellate District Courthouse  - Fresno, CA
Work began in January 2006 on the new Fifth Appellate District Courthouse in downtown Fresno, California for the State of California.  This 61,000 square foot, three story class A office structure will house ten state Appellate Justices and a staff of over 100 personnel.  Project will be constructed of structural steel frame with Architectural Pre-cast Concrete panels and glass curtain wall  as the exterior skin. Interior will be light gauge metal framing and gyp board for the Type V - 1 hour building. Completion will occur in mid 2007. Design by AC Martin Partners Inc. of Los Angeles. Project cost 20 Million Dollars.		  
  Marquez Brothers International - New Negotiated Cheese  Processing Plant- Hanford, CA
Rendering comprises Whey Plant previously completed in 2005 and the New Cheese plant currently under construction. Both projects by Harris Construction Co., Inc.  Anticipated completion December 2006. Design by E.A. Bonelli + Associates, Inc.		  
  State Center Community College District - Fresno, CA
Phase 1 for the new State Center Community College District Willow/International Center will be located on 110 acres in Fresno, California.  Project will comprise extensive site development for the new campus, a site facility plant, and an 80,000 square foot academic and student center complex.  This $28,900,000 Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in December 2006. Darden Architects, Inc. is the Architect for the total project.

 
  CUSD - Third Education Center - Clovis, CA
This 3rd Educational Center project for the Clovis Unified School District consists of an Intermediate School, a High School, Special Education Facilities and other services on 101 acres.  Extensive preconstruction services were performed during the design phase by Harris Construction Co., Inc.. This new $125,000,000 dollar campus project is scheduled for completion in January 2007 and was designed by Darden Architects, Inc..  Harris Construction Co., Inc. is the Construction Manager for the total project.

 
  Enochs High School - Modesto, CA
Harris has been awarded its largest competitively bid project in its history. Modesto City Schools awarded its $79,000,000 Enochs High School in May 2004. Designed by Darden Architects, Inc. It will be the first high school built in Modesto in many years and is scheduled to be completed in September 2006. 		 
  P. G. & E. Service Center - Fresno, CA
The new $25 Million dollar office and shop facilities project began in late spring of 2003 and is due for completion in August 2006.  Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. of Fresno, CA are the Architects for this project.  This five building facility consists of 115,000 square feet and will provide new facilities for PG&E operations. 		 
  CUSD - Reagan Elementary School  - Clovis, CA
This $12,800,000 Reagan Elementary School Project for the Clovis Unified School District comprises Administration, Multi-Purpose, Upper Grade Classrooms, Primary Classrooms, Kindergarten and Snack Bar Building.  Harris Construction Co., Inc. performed pre-construction service, and is the construction manager for this project due for completion July 2006.  Design is by Darden Architects, Inc.

 
  Applied Technology Modernization  - Fresno, CA
The Applied Technology Modernization Project located at Fresno City College, for the State Center Community College District comprises major renovations to 6 shop buildings (105,000 square feet) in the Applied Technology program, plus upgrades to the utility infrastructure.  Also included is Hazardous Material Abatement comprised in the removal and re-modeling of the 6 existing structures.   California Dairies Inc. - Plant 6  - Visalia, CA
First phase to this existing facility comprises renovation and addition to the existing office areas of this future Milk and butter processing facility.  Project negotiated with California Dairies Inc.  Design by E.A. Bonelli + Associates, Inc.

  Kaiser Perioperative Service - Fresno, CA

  UF Expansion  - Tipton, CA
The UF Expansion Project located in Tipton, CA was negotiated with California Dairies Inc. and comprises alterations to an existing structure to permit doubling of processing capacity and also involves setting of new silo storage tanks.  Project design by E.A.   Fresno Juvenile Justice Campus - Bid Package 1 - Fresno, CA
Work began on the first 120 acres of the total 220 acre site in August 2003.  This on-site and off-site development consists of the following:  domestic and fire water Pump Station, Central Plant, domestic and fire water storage tank, laundry, fueling station, institutional support warehouse and service yard, public and staff parking lots, interior circulation roadways, utility infrastructure support for the campus, landscape and irrigation, site concrete, recreational area and basketball courts at the detention housing building, central courtyard at the commitment buildings plus Bid Alternate No. 2 - Thermal energy storage tank.  The architectural firm is Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz of San Francisco, CA.  The cost of the first phase is $32,126,770.  Project scheduled for completion August 2005.		  
  Orange Cove High School - Orange Cove, CA
Kings Canyon Unified School District is continuing its growth by building an 80,000 square foot High School Facility designed by Hastrup and Hyde Architects.  The $20,000,000 facility will house 8 classroom wings, Multi-Purpose Building Administration and Media Center as well as a full Gym with Locker rooms and a Music Building. Harris Construction is providing CM services on the project which is using a Multiple Prime delivery method. Project scheduled for completion August 2005		  
  Marquez Brothers International - New Whey Plant and Utility Building - Hanford, CA
Negotiated project comprising construction of New Whey Plant and Utility Building with anticipated completion in August 2005. Architect is E.A. Bonelli + Associates, Inc.

  Central Valley High School - Ceres, CA
Project start up began April of 2003 and the project is due to be completed in April of 2005.  The owner of the project is Ceres Unified School District, and the Architect group is FF & J Architects, Inc. of Turlock, CA.  This $30+ Million dollar project comprises of 5 buildings including an amphitheater with all sport fields and tennis courts expected at this modern High School that sits on 58 acres with future additions currently under consideration.		  
  Clovis / Teague Elementary School - Clovis, CA
SIM Architects designed this 53,000 square foot elementary school for Clovis Unified School District. The school consists of 4 classroom wings, Administration / Media Center, and Multipurpose Building. In addition the school will include full play court and playfield facilities for use by the students and community. The $10,700,000 project started in May of 2004 and is scheduled for completion in May of 2005. This is the 8th project we have constructed with Clovis Unified School District under the CM Multi-Prime delivery method and we are excited to bring this project to a another successful completion. 		 
  California Dairies Inc. Cogeneration Plant - Tipton, CA
Harris Construction Co., Inc. negotiated construction of a Cogeneration Plant as a subcontractor for Solar Turbines, Inc. for California Dairies, Inc. of Pixley, California.  Harris provided the structure construction, mechanical + electrical as required, and preformed the installation of the Owners Equipment. Design by PID Engineering and E.A. Bonelli +.Associates, Inc. Project completed July 2005.		 No Picture  
  Cheese Protein International - Tulare, CA
Projects "Sierra" + Tank Foundation comprised new tanks, demolition, tile work, plumbing, waste water evaporator and rigging for owner's equipment at existing CPI cheese facility previously constructed by Harris Construction Co., Inc.   Cheese & Protein International , LLC - Phase II Improvement - Tulare, CA
The new Whey Facility addition designed by Lew Dowd Engineers began construction in December of 2003 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2004. The project also includes extensive renovations to the existing facility that was originally completed by Harris in 2002. This project continues a long lasting relationship with CPI and we look forward carrying the satisfaction forward through this project and into the future. 		 
  Kaiser Medical Infusion - Fresno, CA

  Cal. State Prison - Delano II - Delano, CA
Construction began in December 2002 on this 28 building 174,891 sq. ft. project.  Completion is scheduled June 2004.  Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz of San Francisco is the Architectural firm of this $18.7 Million Dollar project. 		 
  California State University, Fresno - Duncan / Ricchiutti Building Addition - Fresno, CA
The additions to the Ricchiutti Strength and Conditioning building and the Duncan Athletic building brings study facilities for the athletes, coach’s offices for football and women’s soccer as well as a lecture hall and football locker rooms. The 28,000 square foot project designed by The Taylor Group is scheduled to be completed in October 2004. Returning to the campus after many years has been a grand experience for Harris Construction. From the coaches to the construction staff it is a pleasure working for CSUF FRESNO on their new facility. 		 
  Clovis Surface Water Treatment Plant Project Phase II - Clovis, CA
The City of Clovis will complete its first project, using the CM Multi-Prime delivery method, on schedule in August of 2004. The facility will process 15 million gallons per day, serving the Clovis area and is currently processing water in the testing phase of the project.  The design and engineering team of Black & Veatch completed the documents in record time to meet the City’s schedule. All of the prime contractors should be congratulated on a job well done for completing this $25,000,000 facility in only 13 months.  Harris Construction extends great thanks and appreciation for all of the hard work by the City of Clovis and all of its team members. 		 
  Fugman Elementary School K-6 - Fresno, CA
This Clovis Unified school began construction in March 2003 and will complete in June 2004.  The $10.5 million, 52,000 sf, 5-building complex also has an amphitheatre, running track along with all outdoor sport facilities.  Darden Architects, Inc. incorporated the hillside setting into its design in a way that has not been done on any other Clovis school while remaining within budget. We take our hats off to Clovis Unified for another fine school. 		 
  Orange Cove Middle School - Orange Cove, CA
This new middle school being built for the Kings Canyon Unified School District is due for completion in February 2004.  The Architect on this $9+ million dollar project is Integrated Designs by SOMAM of Fresno, CA. This is the sister school to the TL Reed Project that was constructed simultaneously. The Gymnasium building will not only be used by the students but also by the surrounding community. This is the first structure of its kind in Orange Cove. 		 
  Lorena Falasco Elem. School - Los Banos, CA
The six buildings, 53,100 sq. ft. school sits on 10 acres and will be completed by early June 2004 for Los Banos Unified School District.  The modern design by Darden Architects, Inc. is another fine example of the combination of art and education while keeping within budget. Thanks go to the Los Banos Unified School District for a successful project. 		 
  Thomas Law Reed Elem. School - Reedley, CA
The new elementary school designed by Integrated Design by SOMAM of Fresno, CA has been completed and the Kings Canyon Unified School District has moved in to the school.  Currently, walkway canopies are being installed and will be complete by the end of July. The unique characteristics of portable classrooms and a full Gymnasium make this school a shining star in the community. This is the first school built in Reedley in over 50 years. We appreciate all of the hard work by the District and the architect to bring this project to fruition. 		 
  Buchanan High School Mold Remediation - Clovis, CA
Clovis Unified School District selected Harris Construction Co., Inc. to perform the Construction Management Services for this $8+ Million dollar project. The Architect is SIM Architectural and the project began in June of 2003 and was completed in March 2004.		  
  Madera Education Center - Phase 1b - Madera, CA
This new two building addition to the Center was completed in April 2004 for State Center Community College District. This 46,629 sq. ft. project includes classrooms and administration buildings. The Architect on this structure of steel, metal studs, E.I.F.S., for $13.8 Million Dollar facility is Darden Architects, Inc. of Fresno, CA.		  
  Kaiser Permanente - Selma, CA
Construction of this 36,309 sq. ft. single-story Medical Office Building negotiated with Harris, began in June of 2002 and will be completed by May of 2003. This concrete tilt-up walls and structural steel frame structure will include areas for Health Education, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Labs, General Medicine, Pharmacy, etc.		  
  Kaiser Permanente - Clovis, CA
This two-story 65,269 sq ft. concrete tilt-up and steel structure frame Negotiated with Harris, includes areas for Pediatrics, Radiology, Chart Rooms, Information Services, Pharmacy, OB/GYN, General Medicine, Administration, etc. Completion is scheduled in July 2003.		  
  Freedom Elementary School - Clovis, CA
Completed in the fall of 2002, this 9 building facility comprising of Multipurpose, Administration, outdoor Amphitheater, seven classrooms, 52,000 square foot, $10.7 million dollar project was designed by Lionakis Beaumont Design Group Inc., from Sacramento, Ca. This open campus with all sport fields and recreation facilities sits on 10+ acres of beautiful landscaped grounds and is proudly owned by Clovis Unified School District.		  
  Fresno Heart Hospital - Fresno, CA
This 132,000 sq ft 4-story Heart Hospital negotiated with Harris Construction includes a two-story wing housing three (3) surgery rooms, three (3) Cath Labs and one (1) Angio Lab along with Kitchen Facilities, Dining Area, Storage Areas, etc. The 4-story East wing will house patients, Exam, Laboratory, Administration and General Office areas. Construction cost ( exclusive of owners equipment) $37,780,000. Completion August 2003.		  
  City of Clovis, Operations and Maintenance Service Center - Clovis, CA
Sitting on 14 acres, it consists of seven structures totaling over 100,000 sq. ft., including a two-story Administration Building, shops and offices for the Public Utilities, Parks, Streets, Solid Waste, Utilities sections, and Facilities Maintenance.		  
  Berkeley Farms (Owned by Dean Foods) Milk / Ice Cream Plant - Hayward, CA
Negotiated preconstruction services and fast tract construction of a new milk and ice cream plant of approximately 203,817 sq. ft. Involving phased construction.		  
  Holy Spirit Church - Fresno, CA
The beauty is not only in the setting, the large water fountain but also in the total ambiance of the structure itself. The peaceful and serene feelings are experienced by viewing each differently shaped side of the building, as well as the beautiful interior.		  
  State Community College District, Madera Education Center - Madera, CA
This beautifully designed, two story facility, consists of a compound swooping wall cased with a complete glass wall on both the first and second levels consists of over 40,000 sq. ft. Once viewed always remembered.		  
  Elizabeth Terronez Middle School - Fresno, CA
Six strategically placed buildings make up this state of the art facility. The administration building displays a large clock tower that can be seen at any location on campus. Also the raised courtyard gives a dramatic view of the surrounding classrooms.		  
  California Milk Producers (Now, California Dairies Inc.) - Tipton, CA
Complex Powder Milk / Butter processing plant negotiated by Harris Construction, initially comprised 95,000 sq. ft. with numerous subsequent additions negotiated with California Dairies Inc.		  
  CPI Cheese & Whey Plant - Tulare, CA
Land O' Lakes / Mitsui of Japan joint ventured in this approximately 350,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art processing facility. The size of this project also comprises renovation and alterations to adjacent buildings previously constructed by Harris. This highly complex facility negotiated with Harris Construction produces in excess of 120 million pounds of cheese and 75 million pounds of whey products annually. Comprised of concrete tilt-up, pre-cast concrete tees, evaporator, dryer and other sophisticated equipment and machinery.		  
  Kaweah Delta District Hospital - Visalia, CA
New construction of approximately 66,500 sq. ft. basement, ground floor, second floor and third floor addition connected to an existing full service hospital facility, structural steel, plaster exterior; the remodel of approximately 13,650 sq. ft. existing from Main Lobby, Radiology and Labor / Delivery / Nursery facility to an ICU facility.		  
  St. Joseph's Medical Center Expansion - Stockton, CA
Construction of a major addition and remodel to an existing medical center; construction included a new 38,000 sq. ft. Heart Center / Emergency Room built over an existing occupied under-ground parking garage, and a 5,000 sq. ft. Out Patient Surgery remodel and addition.		  
  San Joaquin Valley Dairymen (Now, California Dairies Inc.) - Turlock, CA
This 1995 expansion project negotiated by Harris Construction initially comprised a major new addition to existing Milk Plant comprising a powder milk and butter processing facility. Additional projects at this location were negotiated with California Dairies Inc. at a later date.		  
  St. Dominic's Hospital - Manteca, CA
This new, beautifully designed, three-story full service hospital facility consisted of over 81,200 sq. ft. The framing was structural steel, concrete metal deck with plaster exterior.		  
  Safeway Distribution - Tracy, CA
The Perishable Food Expansion project added to this existing cold storage warehouse included insulated metal panels and an additional 136,000 sq. ft.		 No Picture  
  Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company - Visalia, CA
Construction of a two-story, 164,800 sq. ft. office facility, comprised of structural steel concrete fill on metal deck with "Dryvit" exterior.		  
  J. H. Pitman High School - Turlock, CA
The pride of Turlock Joint Union High School District is this new facility comprising over 150,000 s.f.  This modern, state-of-the-art open campus, well planned high school represents a college environment with all the quality expected by integrity-designed professionals Darden Architects, Inc..  This eight building, outdoor amphitheater, 31 million dollar complex began serving the community in August 2002.		  
  Liberty High School - Madera, CA
Golden Valley Unified School District's new high school comprises six buildings with over 81,000 s.f.  It also has its own water treatment plant and a one million gallon water storage facility.  Free standing Administration / Library, Gymnasium, Science, Classroom, Auditorium / Theater and multipurpose Cafeteria buildings enhance the campus.  Booker, Gery, Hickman Associates was the architectural firm on this beautiful 21+ million dollar educational facility.
